Introduction
My brother wanted to walk "The Way" or the Camino De Santiago, but it was not to be. I originally planned this journey to celebrate my 60th year, but alas, the Covid pandemic changed my plans. So now, having just retired, I feel it is the appropriate time for my pilgrimage on the Camino.
If all goes as planned, I will start walking from Saint Jean Pied de Port in France on May 17th. My goal is to reach Santiago de Compostela 5 weeks later. If I have the time and energy, I will continue to Finisterre, Spain, to watch the sunset over the ocean.
My backpack is loaded and I have trained a little, but the real test and adventure are almost here. So join me as I take this walk of faith. I won't be traveling alone, as many folks will be with me in thought and prayer. I am excited to see what God has in store for me...
Shalom!

Blessings on you, Tim...I've been praying for you on your adventure and finally got the link to your blog from Dave Howell...They told me about your commitment to your brother's bucket list and his memory and although at a distance and lacking direct communication...it's clear that God was with you...and Cindy...during this time of commitment realized.
